Rise up, despite

any lying.

any abuse.

any infidelity.

any addiction.

Rise up, despite

any unhappiness.

any incompatibility.

any lack of intimacy.

any falling out of love.

Rise up, despite

any hurt.

any pain.

any tears.

any regret.

Rise up, despite

any blame.

any shame.

any sadness.

any depression.

For it is

in the rising,

one ascends above

that which has

knocked you down.
